IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Submission Rules
- The presenting author must be a member of AMBI and should be registered for the conference
- Submit only original research work done by author(s). Review of existing literature will not be accepted.
- The author submitting the abstract will be considered the presenting author, and the certificate will be issued on his/her name only
- Language: All abstracts must be composed in English.
- The main body of the Abstract should be within the word limit of 250 words (excluding Title, Authors, co-authors, and affiliation).
- Structured abstracts should be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, and should contain information under following headers:

Please submit your abstracts in .pdf file format only.
Selection process: Abstracts will be assessed by the scientific committee and chosen based on their originality, quality, and scientific relevance. The authors will be intimated via email about the final selection status of their abstract.
Criteria for submissions under award paper category:
- Conference registration is mandatory.
- Candidates must be members of AMBI.
- Candidates must be 40 years old or younger as of December 31, 2024 (proof of age is required).
- The abstract must be submitted via the common portal for review by the Scientific Committee.
- The work to be presented at the conference must be original and evaluated by the Institutional Scientific Committee.
- Candidates must send the full research paper to scientific.ambicon24@gmail. Com, after submission of the abstract at the common portal.
Terms And Conditions:
- The scientific committee retains the authority to make final decisions regarding the acceptance of abstracts and their placement within the program, taking into account topics and time constraints
- All abstracts must adhere to the prescribed submission guidelines.
- Presenters must refrain from using their sessions as a marketing opportunity for any products or equipment.
- Multiple submissions as presenting author are not allowed. Only one presentation shall be allowed for each delegate.
- Plagiarism in any part of the submitted abstract will be liable to rejection.
- Author must declare any conflict of interest in the abstract.
- Research involving human participants must comply with national regulations, institutional policies, and the Helsinki Declaration. Authors must obtain ethical approval from the appropriate review board and include a statement of this approval in their submission.
- Letter of acceptance will be communicated via email.
